B) What is the estimated delivery time?

• Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 working days, with delivery taking up to 12-15 working days in some cases.

• We work diligently to ship orders seven days a week, including public holidays.

  Please note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political disruptions, delivery times may be extended due to courier dependencies. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will make every effort to deliver your order promptly.

C) Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking ID and details of the courier partner. Simply click the “TRACK ORDER” button on our website and enter the last four digits of your order number or the complete AWB to view the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

We provide free shipping across India for all orders.

C) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India.

D) Are there any additional charges for COD?
No, there are no extra charges for COD orders.

E) How are orders packaged?
We ensure your order is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Each item is carefully packed, and so far, we have received minimal complaints regarding packaging issues.

F) Can I modify the shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address before your order is processed (shipped) by contacting our customer support team at +91-9925737147.

If the shipping address needs to be changed after the product has been shipped, we will reship it to the new address, and an additional charge of INR 200 will apply.

International Shipping

Dhinglimatching also offers international shipping for your orders.

• The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package.

• Taxes and duties are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival.
