Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
At DhingliMatching, we aim to make your shopping experience enjoyable and seamless. Before making a purchase, please review the following terms and conditions, as completing a purchase signifies your acceptance of them.
General Terms
Products purchased with coupons, gift vouchers, or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully check the size chart before purchasing on-sale items.
If a product is received in damaged condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or cancellation request. A video of the unboxing process and a photo of the damaged item are required for verification.
Certain items, such as Made-to-Order products (e.g., lehengas and sarees), are not eligible for return or exchange.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for sarees, accessories, home décor items, or jewelry.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchange Policy
Refunds are not provided for any sold products. Exchanges are allowed for size adjustments if the below conditions are met.
Customers must email us at matchingdhingli@gmail.com within 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange for eligible products.
Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued, valid for 360 days from the date of issuance.
Shipping costs for returns and reshipping must be borne by the customer.

Include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and the required size in the return parcel.
Obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier service, including the number of items being shipped.
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91-9925737147 or email at matchingdhingli@gmail.com.
DhingliMatching reserves the right to make the final decision regarding order cancellations.
Credit Notes
If a desired exchange size is unavailable, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the product’s value minus shipping charges.
Store credits must be used in a single transaction and are valid for 30 days.
Important Points to Note
Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for:
Dislike of material or color (we encourage customers to read product descriptions and review images carefully before purchasing).
Minor color variations due to screen resolutions or lighting.
Washed or worn products.
Items purchased from the SALE section or using coupons, discounts, or gift vouchers.
10-12% color variation is possible due to different screen settings and lighting conditions; this is not considered a defect.
International Shipping and Returns

International shipping costs are calculated per kilogram, and customs duties or taxes are payable at delivery as per the destination country’s regulations.
Returns and Exchanges
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Payment Methods
International customers can use all major credit cards for payment.
Delivery Time
Orders typically take 10-15 days to arrive after shipping.
